Terms of use: Pawfold

These terms apply when you use Pawfold: Pet Sitter & Walker ("the app"), published by Brightfold ("we"). By using the app you accept them.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app to run your own pet-care business. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, and don't use it to break the law. The app is meant for adults (18 and over).

Your data, your reports and your documents

• Your data lives on your phone. Keep a backup: sign in for the cloud backup or export one from More → Export a backup. Photos are not in any backup. We cannot recover data from a lost, reset or broken phone that was not backed up.
• You are responsible for the details and photos you record about your clients and their pets, and for having their agreement to do so.
• Care cards and medication reminders only repeat what you typed. They are not veterinary advice.
• Invoices and receipts are made from what you enter. Pawfold is not accounting, tax or insurance software and gives no tax advice: check that your documents meet the rules where you work (for example, a tax number or a required mention you add in the footer). No money moves through the app.

Free and Pro

• The free version is limited to 3 active clients. Pro removes the limit and adds your logo on invoices (without "Made with Pawfold") and full statistics.
• Subscriptions (monthly or annual) renew automatically at the price shown before you buy, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel them in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials, when offered, become a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies.
• Use Restore purchases in the app to get Pro back on a new device.
• If Pro ends, nothing is deleted: your clients and history stay, and you can keep using the free features.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep its calculations right and the app available, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free; check important amounts before you send them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete all its data at any time from More → Delete all data.
