Delete your Ingrained account

Ingrained: Chess Tactics, by Brightfold

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Ingrained.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and progress are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email ingrained@brightfoldapps.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Ingrained account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: the sign-in link to Google or Apple, your email address and your name.
• All your progress: results, stars, coins, energy and settings.
• Your player name, your friends list (you also disappear from your friends' lists), friend requests, challenges and blocks.
• Your purchase profile at RevenueCat.

What is kept

• Records of payments kept by Google Play or the App Store, as the law requires. We cannot delete these.
• Crash reports, which carry only your account's random id (no name, email address or IP address), until they expire after 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or App Store settings.
