Cyrca AI keeps your account, your profile and what you add in the app (tasks, to-dos, mood entries, sleep logs and your chats with the coach) in the cloud, so they follow you to a new phone. Deleting your account removes all of it.

Delete your account, in the app

1. Open Cyrca AI and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete.

This deletes, at once: your account, your profile, and every task, to-do, mood entry, sleep log and chat message, from our servers and from your phone. It cannot be undone.

Can't open the app? Ask us

Email cyrca@brightfoldapps.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Cyrca account deletion". We delete your account and all its data within 30 days and reply when it is done.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Cyrca Pro subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

What we keep

• Nothing of your account or app data once the account is deleted.
• Crash reports and usage statistics: kept by Firebase on its own schedule. They never contain your tasks, profile or messages.
• Purchase records: kept by Google Play and RevenueCat as the law requires for financial records. To have your RevenueCat record removed, email us.
